Coconut Biscuits:

Ingredients:

24 eating spoons flour
24 eating spoons coconut
2 tea spoons baking powder
12 eating spoons powder sugar
12 eating spoons butter
3 eggs
Vanilla

Recipe:

Melt the butter a little to be mixable.

Add the powder sugar and baking powder and mix until the mixture becomes homogeneous.

Break and beat the eggs, add little vanilla and mix, and add it to the previous mix.
Add the coconut and mix.

Finally add the flour, but do not put all the amount at once. Add like 3/4 of it first.
Mix well and see if you can make small balls with the dough this way.

If not, then add the rest of the flour bit by bit until the dough becomes shapeable.
Take a big piece and make a big ball.

Straighten it on a clean flat surface or a tray.

Cut it into small (biscuit) pieces using any bottle lid or cap that is circular/heart/triangular in shape.

Take the cut pieces carefully and place them in an oven tray while leaving enough space between them as the size of the piece increases in the oven.

Keep doing this until you finish all the dough.

Tuck it in the oven. keep checking it after the first 15 mins.
Get it out when it is golden in shape and leave it to cold before taking it out of the tray.

Cinnamon Biscuits:

You can use the same previous ingredients except the coconut. Instead use some cinnamon.

Try 5 eating spoons first and see if the dough is brownish enough. If not, add a little more.

Repeat all the other steps.
