Allahumma salli 'ala Muhammad wa 'ala alli Muhammad
O Compassionate! O Benefactor! O Majestic and Honourable!
O Eternal! O Everlasting!
I beseech You by appealing to Your Most Beautiful Names:
Those I know and those I do not know,
And by Your Greatest Name ..
That which if you are beseeched by You answer,
And if You are asked by, You give
To fulfill this the supplication, O Most Compassionate!
I entrust you with Egypt ..
Its men and youth ..
Its women and young girls ..
Its children and elderly people ..
Its properties and institutions ...
Its Nile, land, and goods ..
Its peace, security, and people's daily provisions ..
Its borders, seas, and good soldiers ..
O Allah! Safeguard them all,
O One whose trusts are never lost.
O Best Protector!
O Allah!
Those who intend good for Egypt,
Guide them for all that is good,
Guide their steps,
Support them,
And facilitate for them the channels that bring all the good to the country and its people.
As for those who intend to harm her,
Forestall their schemes,
and ward-off all evil.
Amen
